Bhutan’s Druk Path Trek offered some of the most photogenic landscapes I’ve ever encountered. From the emerald-blue lakes of Simkotra and Jimilang to the mist-filled forests and sunrise over the Himalayas, every hour of the trek was a visual feast. I carried my camera gear and tripod the whole way — and it was worth every ounce. The golden light at dawn over the ridge near Labana Pass gave me some of the best shots of my portfolio. The trek's manageable length meant I had energy to focus on composition rather than just endurance. For landscape photographers or visual storytellers, the Druk Path is a concise yet powerful showcase of Bhutan’s raw beauty.
